Matcha can be consumed any way you like it, including with juice, with or without the work in the kitchen.
We tried half a teaspoon mixed in to some 100% apple juice. Confession time: we fancy ourselves to be juicing people, but we really just bought the pressurised stuff from the supermarket ... then we mixed in our matcha with a milk frother for around 30 seconds. And that was it!
