Matcha Cucumber Lemonade

Drink Matcha

Try this refreshing matcha cucumber lemonade, packed full of nutrients and antioxidants.


2 Persian cucumbers, chopped 
1 cup mint leaves 
2 cups cold water 
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice 
1/4 cup blue agave nectar #
2 teaspoons Okami Life Organic Matcha 
1 cup ice (plus more for serving) 
# Optional: Replace with honey, cane sugar or any other sweetener of your choice 


  • Puree the cucumbers and mint leaves in a blender.
  • In a large jug, combine the water, lemon juice, agave and organic matcha.
  • Add the lemon mixture to the puree and blend until smooth.
  • Strain mixture through sieve as desired, back into jug.
  • Serve in ice-filled glasses with mint and cucumber garnishes.


Preparation time about 15 minutes.

Serves four.
