Try this refreshing matcha cucumber lemonade, packed full of nutrients and antioxidants. Ingredients 2 Persian cucumbers, chopped 1 cup mint leaves 2 cups cold water 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup blue agave nectar #2 teaspoons Okami Life Organic Matcha 1 cup ice (plus more for serving) # Optional: Replace with honey, cane sugar or any other sweetener of your choice  Instructions Puree the cucumbers and mint leaves in a blender. Drink Matcha

Matcha can be consumed any way you like it, including with juice, with or without the work in the kitchen.  We tried half a teaspoon mixed in to some 100% apple juice. Confession time: we fancy ourselves to be juicing people, but we really just bought the pressurised stuff from the supermarket ... then we mixed in our matcha with a milk frother for around 30 seconds. A refreshing combination of matcha and mint, this iced tea is perfect for hot days. Ingredients 2 cups filtered water 2 teaspoons Okami Life Organic Matcha 2 cups crushed ice 1 lime, sliced Handfuls of mint Optional: honey, cane sugar or any other sweetener of your choice Instructions   Mix the water and matcha together until there are no clumps.
